Cottage 110 is a wonderfully nostalgic traditional cottage to call home on your next Anna Maria Island vacation! One of the charming Anna Maria Beach Cottages, this is a 3 bed/2 bath vacation home on Oak Avenue, this cottage has two patios with seating and is just moments from the beach.

The retro decorations complement the original pine floors and cypress wood walls for a refreshing throwback feel. Comfortably accommodating up to seven guests, this vacation rental includes a full kitchen, spacious living room, two bathrooms, and a private charcoal grill on the front patio. Prepare a meal on the grill and enjoy it under the shade of an umbrella at the table on the front patio. Or relax on the deck off the master suite that also includes seating for four, complete with an umbrella.

The master suite features a king bed, direct access to the deck, and a full ensuite bathroom including a walk-in shower. The second bedroom also has a king bed, along with a TV. And the third bedroom has both a queen bed and a twin bed. A second walk-in shower is available in the guest bathroom.

You’ll also have access to all the amenities the Anna Maria Beach Cottages has to offer, including a heated pool with a lounge area, assorted beach gear, bikes, picnic area with grills and an on-site office for area information and support during your stay. We enjoyed our stay at the AMI Beach Cottage 110. Beds were super comfy and the whole cottage was clean and cozy. The walk to the beach was super easy, just one house away and the ramp to the beach was exactly what we needed for my sister-in-law who is using a cane. The area was very quiet and was perfect for our long weekend. We will definitely be back to the AMI Beach Cottages. Thank you for a great weekend even with the rain and wind. What a great find! Close to the beach. Comfortable beds. Had everything we needed. Quiet during this time of year. We brought all of our own beach stuff so I can’t comment on that and we didn’t use the pool but honestly, it looked very inviting. I’m picky about my water temp so that’s my own issue. If you love the old Florida beach cottages, you’ll love this place, even with its manageable little quirks. Within walking distance of many restaurants and shops.
