Check-in begins at 4:00 p.m. EST on your arrival date. To ensure our homes are professionally cleaned and prepared for every guest, check-out time is at 10:00 a.m. EST.

We offer a variety of dog-friendly Anna Maria Island vacation rentals. Properties that allow pets are clearly designated on their individual webpage. If you plan to bring your dog, please notify us at the time of booking; a non-refundable pet fee starting at $150 plus tax per dog will apply.

No. All of our properties are strictly smoke-free. This includes the interior of the home, balconies, patios, pool areas, and anywhere within the property lines. Violations result in a $500 fee to cover restoration costs.

Yes, the minimum age to rent is 25 years old. Any guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the entire duration of the stay. We require ID verification at the time of booking to ensure policy compliance.

To secure your Anna Maria Island vacation rental, an initial payment of 20% of the total reservation is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance and all fees must be paid 60 days prior to your arrival. For reservations made within 60 days of arrival, payment is due in full immediately.

All stays shorter than six months are subject to a total 13% resort tax. This includes a 7% State tax and a 6% Local tax (effective Jan 1, 2025).

Our policy depends on the length of your stay:

• Stays under 30 nights: Cancel at least 60 days prior for a full refund; cancellations between 30–59 days receive a 50% refund.
• Stays 30 nights or longer: Cancel at least 90 days prior for a full refund; cancellations at least 45 days prior receive a 50% refund.
• Note: Reservations canceled less than 30 days (short term) or 45 days (long term) prior to arrival receive no refund.

While each of our Anna Maria Island vacation rentals is individually owned, most are equipped with beach chairs, umbrellas, and towels. Please check your specific property listing for a full list of amenities.

Most of our pools are heated to a consistent 80°F. Please note that if air temperatures drop below 60°F, heaters will shut off automatically to protect the equipment.

Yes! Anna Maria Island offers a FREE trolley service that operates from 6:00 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. daily, making it easy to explore the island from your rental.
