Featuring a peaceful patio surrounded by hedges of hibiscus and a trellis of jasmine arbor, this little studio also offers a full kitchen, a Queen bed and a lounge area - everything you might need for a comfortable and memorable beach vacation.

Made up of six buildings with eleven rental homes between them, Anna Maria Beach Cottages marries a homestyle atmosphere with resort-style service. The Cottages range from studio-size to three bedrooms, all including a kitchen. There is an on-site office, a heated pool, a picnic area with grills, beach chairs and umbrellas, bikes, onsite shared laundry and lovely landscaping along the paths from building to building.

Group gatherings are welcome, including weddings, family reunions, and company getaways. Multi-generational families can include grandparents and great-grandparents to take part in family vacation memories that will last a lifetime.

From this prime location, you can walk, bike, or take the free Island Trolley to check out shops, art, restaurants, excursions, and more. "Everything was perfect and I’m definitely not exaggerating. This was our first time at the island and we can’t wait to come back. You had a toaster and a cookie sheet and really those are the only two things we needed for baking our cookies at night and having our toast in the morning with our eggs. The outside table was so special for our breakfast time. It helped of course that the weather was absolutely gorgeous. Please forgive me for not remembering her name, but the sweet girl that worked in the office was so kind and courteous. My husband enjoyed the baked goods from her daughter ha ha. It was a nice touch for our traveling time in the car.

"We had the best time. My dream to visit AMI finally came true. Thanks to Wanda and all her knowledge through the whole process. Our cottage was so beautiful and accommodating. I had to work a bit while I was there and was able to do so with no problem. From the time I made my first call and Wanda gave me the lay of the land. Spacious Studio!

"We loved staying at these cottages!! We were in 107G which was a studio. It was very spacious for my husband and I. We loved the pool and the laundry facility. We really loved how close we were to the beach!! Wanda and the staff were outstanding and so fun to talk with. You can tell they take pride in what they do and making it a great experience for guests!! We will be back!!

"The studio was clean and set up nicely. The bathroom was a nice size for a studio and the shower was roomy. The kitchen had everything we needed. "Wonderful property! We come to Florida multiple times per year. This place checked all the boxes for us. No need to bring chairs, umbrella or beach supplies as this place has it all. Private beach access was wonderful. We would recommend bringing your own shampoo and soaps as the property doesn't supply them nor is the kitchen stocked with spices and left over items that other VRBO properties normally have. Salt & pepper is it. Publix is not too far away which makes it convenient to get supplies.Our unit had a covered porch which was a fantastic retreat from this sun. "We enjoyed our unit very much, it was exactly like the pictures and very clean. We had everything we needed. The location and the 1 minute walk to the beautiful Gulf was just perfect. Loved the little boardwalk opening onto the beach. We were able to walk to a couple of the restaurants as well. The bikes and beach chairs/umbrella were such a plus. We really loved biking around the island, seeing the sights and visiting the shops. We were there at Easter and while biking we came upon an outside Easter service that we were able to join!
