Bring your boat as there is plenty of parking for a boat and trailer at the property. Parking for a boat and trailer is on the left side of the property in the gravel area. Please note the boat dock can only accommodate small boats as the water is shallow at low tide and and there are 2 humpback bridges with limited clearance to get to open water.

Anna Maria Island is a family community and the city imposes a strict noise ordinance. Please adhere to our good neighbor policy and observe the local quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am. No loud music is allowed during these hours along with any other noise which may disturb the neighbors.

We do not accept reservations from any guests under the age of 25. The primary guest will be required to provide proof of age and must occupy the rental home for the duration of the reservation.

This home provides off-street parking for up to 4 vehicles.

You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property. Fines may be imposed for any violations and guests may be asked to vacate. Guests are responsible for any fines imposed.

Pools: The rental property owner or rental property association controls pool temperatures. Fran Maxon Real Estate is not responsible for pool or spa temperatures, closures or malfunctions. No credit, discount and/or rate adjustment can be granted for items mentioned above or circumstances beyond our control. There will be days when the weather conditions will not allow pool heaters to accommodate swimming and temperature recovery times will vary.

"Our stay at 727 Holly was amazing!! The home was beautiful, plenty large for 5 of us. The pool and kayaks were such a fun added bonus! The beach chairs, umbrellas, wagon and sun shade were much appreciated. We’ve always stayed in Holmes Beach, but this year wanted to be north of Pine and closer to Bean Point. The location, especially being on the canal, was perfect! We’ll definitely be back. Oh and we loved all of the gorgeous art work in the home! Thanks for an amazing family vacation!!

"The home was beautiful and so clean! We also loved that check out was so easy. The linen service to be exact. It was really nice not having to strip beds and start a bunch of laundry. Communication was also terrific. One person in our party requested a floor fan and one was provided for us fairly quickly. Terrific stay, thank you!
