This comfortably appointed two-bedroom, two-bath + den direct Gulf front condo is in a small 12-unit complex - no crowds, just a quiet, peaceful beach with sea oats, dolphins, terns, gulls, pelicans shorebirds, sometimes a few old-time fishing boats, and even a few rare shorebirds such as American Oyster Catchers or Black Skimmers.

When you take a break from the beach, you can appreciate the spacious living room and fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops. Or cozy up with a book in the den.

Enjoy meals indoors from your dining area with exquisite Gulf Views. Step onto the lanai for even better views or outdoor dining beachside.

The two bedroom suites, each with a dressing area, bathroom, and street-side balcony, are the perfect place to rest after a long day in the sun.

The master bedroom suite has a queen-size bed, TV and a desk for your computer.

The second bedroom suite has two twin beds and a TV.

The lovely den has a full- size sleeper sofa, a comfortable armchair and a flat-screen TV on the wall.

Professional linen service provides the bed and bath linens as well as beach towels.

Max 2 Vehicles allowed onsite. One assigned parking Space. Additional parking on first come basis.

"We were Very satisfied! The condo was lovely, very clean, comfortable with a very well stocked kitchen. Convenient having a washer and dryer right in the condo. The location was perfect, directly on the beach with a “ private” beach for condo residents that wasn’t packed like the public beaches. We loved the lanai, the view of the Gulf and watching the spectacular sunsets from it. Worth every penny we spent! "This apartment is spacious with a gorgeous view and right on the beach. The beach has beautiful white powdery sand and the water is like bath temperature. "The condo was wonderful and we all loved sitting on the lanai and enjoying the view. The access to the beach was great! The only negative would be that it was difficult to do laundry. The area was very small and the dryer door could not be opened completely making it hard to get laundry out of it. Also, the day bed was not very comfortable. "Everything was perfect. The condo location is right on the water and extremely clean. It has everything you need for a great time. The area is quiet and safe. The beach sand is like flour and the water is crystal clear. We had dolphins and manatees swim within a few feet of us. The kids loved taking pictures at sunset. HIGHLY recommend the place. "This was our first visit to Anna Maria Island. It is a beautiful place to go and the beach is great. Soft sand and clear water. This condo had everything we needed. Very easy parking, very close to the door of the condo as well as the storage unit. The lanai is large too. We would definitely come back to this same condo. Bring your own coffee filters. . . that was the only thing I didn't find in the kitchen ! ~~As reviewed on VRBO
