Palm Court is ideally situated in the heart of Anna Maria Village. Take a short walk to experience great shops, diverse restaurants, fishing piers and the Community Center. Beautiful white sand beaches are just one short block away and feature a wonderful row of Australian pine trees for shade and cool relaxing. When youāre ready to explore, jump on the free Island trolley that stops at the corner of Magnolia Ave and runs the entire length of Anna Maria Island.
The owners have thought of all conveniences. You will find a modern, fully equipped kitchen, ample linens including beach towels, washer/dryer, and comfortable furnishings. There is a beach gear shed with beach cart, umbrella, chairs, and sand toys. The open tropical courtyard is a wonderful place to enjoy a late afternoon margarita or a relaxed dinner prepared on the charcoal grill.
So, pack your flip flops, and get ready to enjoy charming Palm Court. And if you have a larger group, Villa A can be rented along with Villa B to allow a party of 8 to enjoy all this lovely rental has to offer.

"Great location walking distances to all shops on Pine and Gulf Ave. The condo was totally updated everything was new and the place was professionally decorated. Even the exterior of the building had fresh paint and was very well kept. The condo had everything we needed and outside in the locked shed area was full of beach supplies again everything we needed. Looking forward to returning back to this property it will be our āgo toā place for sure.

"This was EXACTLY the area we were hoping to stay as it's close to Bean Point, a block to gorgeous beach. Walked to the Sandbar Restaurant, The Porch, Harry's, Bortell's and Slim's. To find out our place was totally remodeled and perfect in every way was such a bonus! Had a bit of a rain day so couch was perfect for snuggling up for a good movie. Kitchen was fully stocked for preparing coffee and quick lunches. I'm a bedding freak and loved the linens! Cotton, thank you and soft pillows! Huge closets so there's no room clutter and even full size washer and dryer. Beach was so close we could run back for forgotten items or relax with lunch before returning to the sand and crystal clear water. Loved that everyone celebrated sunset on the beach together.

Perfect semi detached bungalow, prepared with a great deal of thought and attention to detail.Unfortunately we did not take to Anna Maria island so the beautiful property saved what might have been a disappointing trip. "This place is a gem! Absolutely looks exactly like the listing photos. We had everything we needed and things we didnāt even think of were also provided. Fran, the contact was incredibly easy to work with and was quick with responses to questions that came up. The location is absolutely perfect, less than 2 blocks from the gulf side which has a beautiful sandy beach and less than 5 blocks from the Bay side for a less salty and wavy experience and use of showers and bathroom here. Restaurants and shops are also in walking distance. The Porch is delicious and a must eat! So was the waterfront and the gelato place two blocks down. This was a great stay for a girls trip, small family or a couple. With plenty to do we never even left the parking spot once we arrived. Publix is available on the way for anything you may need and the corner store filled in the gaps if we needed. Would absolutely come back! Best long weekend in a beautiful place. "This place was perfect for my wife and I for a getaway. Having never been to AMI, we could not have found a better location. Walkable to just about anywhere we wanted to go. "This condo was well appointed and being a block and half from the gulf side, the location was amazing with two elementary school-age kids. Also really close to cafes and restaurants, shopping, etc., but not noisy at all at night. Really great to have designated parking that close to the beach as well and not worry about having to find a parking spot. Communication with the property management company was easy and fast, and we loved having a key code to get into the property rather than having to keep track of a key. We hope to be back to Anna Maria again!

"Loved staying here! The property manager was very helpful and responsive to all our questions. We were able to get a later check out when we made a last minute request due to our flight time change. The decor was adorable. The rental is close to absolutely everything in town. The storage shed full of beach items was super helpful and helped make our time at the beach perfect.
