Palm Court is an updated villa which sleeps 4, making it perfect for smaller groups. But don’t let the small size fool you, Palm Court Villas has everything you need for the ultimate vacation.
Palm Court is ideally situated in the heart of Anna Maria Village. Take a short walk to experience great shops, diverse restaurants, fishing piers and the Community Center. Beautiful white sand beaches are just one short block away and feature a wonderful row of Australian pine trees for shade and cool relaxing. When you’re ready to explore, jump on the free Island trolley that stops at the corner of Magnolia Ave and runs the entire length of Anna Maria Island.
The owners have thought of all conveniences. You will find a modern, fully equipped kitchen, ample linens including beach towels, washer/dryer, and comfortable furnishings. There is a beach gear shed with beach cart, umbrella, chairs, and sand toys. The open tropical courtyard is a wonderful place to enjoy a late afternoon margarita or a relaxed dinner prepared on the charcoal grill.
So, pack your flip flops, and get ready to enjoy charming Palm Court. And if you have a larger group, Villa A can be rented along with Villa B to allow a party of 8 to enjoy all this lovely rental has to offer.
Not bringing a vehicle? No problem! Anna Maria Island has a FREE Trolley service up and down the Island. The Palm Court Villas are conveniently located to a Trolley stop--it is just up the street at the corner of Magnolia Ave and Gulf Drive.

"This villa was just perfect for our vacation. We loved the beach chic vibe of the villa. It had everything we needed. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach every day and used the chairs, umbrella and wagon provided at the unit. It's a quick walk to all the shops on Pine Street and the AMI trolley stops on the corner. Highly recommend staying here!

"Our experience at this VRBO was Wonderful! The accommodations were perfect both for the design and functionality. The kitchen was decked out with everything we needed for meals. The MOST comfy beds, great shower, and it was a big bonus to have access to plenty of beach chairs and an umbrella. Everything was of the highest quality. We honestly did not want to leave. I also can't imagine a more perfect location. We were a few blocks from the beach, golf cart rental, coffee, breakfast places, ice cream, wonderful restaurants and a small convenience store. "This spot is the perfect location. Right across the street from Ginny & Jane E's (perfect breakfast spot) and walking distance from all the restaurants you'd want. 1.5 Blocks from the beach was perfect. Far enough for us to sit on the porch and enjoy some quiet and close enough for an easy walk to the beach. Property was perfect for two (to four) people. Super clean. Comfortable beds. the washer and dryer came in handy too. If I had to knock anything is that the shower heads are too low. I'm only 6'1" and had to squat. "We stayed for two week through the Christmas and New Year’s Holiday. This place was such a great find, what a gem! In the heart of it all. Walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. The walk to the beach was quick. This place had it all. Kitchen was was well stocked with everything you needed to prepare meals or to just enjoy making a cup of coffee. "We had a lovely time. The place felt more like a cottage than an apartment. The kitchen was very well stocked with all the utensils and cooking equipment needed to cook a meal, and the outdoor patio was a pleasant place to eat. The place was clean, very comfortable for the three adults in our group. The buggy was easy to cart the beach toys to the beach about one block from the cottage. The location is great - a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of a coffee shop, restaurant, ice cream store and a buggy and bike rental place. More options were a bit further away. "We loved the convenience of the location. We could easily walk to the beautiful beach access one and a half blocks and to breakfast spots as well as the convenience store that served my husband’s favorite ice cream dessert within one block. We rented a golf cart for the week and used it to travel to all of the beaches on AMI, for checking out the local shops and beaches, some restaurants, and for going to the piers on the island. Thank you for providing the beach cart, umbrella, and chairs! We used them every day. We would highly recommend the Shell Key Island excursion that left near the entrance to Fort DeSoto State Park. The drive was about an hour but it gave us an opportunity to drive through the park and shell and swim in a more secluded pristine beach area. We saw manatees, dolphins, and schools of snook and collected some nice intact shells. Your home was lovely and exactly what we needed and expected. Thank you for allowing us to use it as our home away from home for the week. We look forward to our next opportunity to visit AMI. ~~As reviewed on VRBO
