This nicely appointed 2 bedroom, 2 bath ground floor home with Private Pool is located one very short block to the beautiful white sand beaches of Anna Maria Island. Quiet North Holmes Beach location. The home offers a spacious living room, Florida room and fully equipped and nicely appointed kitchen. The master bedroom has a king size bed and has a bathroom with shower. The guest bedroom has 2 twin beds. The second bathroom has a tub/shower combo. There is also sleeper sofa for additional sleeping. Enjoy the warm Florida Sunshine and gentle gulf breezes in the nice large yard with brick paver patio area and Pool. Washer/Dryer, Dishwasher, Microwave, Cable TV, DVD, Internet service. Non-Smoking Home.

There is a $150 taxable pet fee per dog.

The house was larger than it looked in the pictures. Lots of room to spread out. The sunroom had a sofa bed which we utilized. There was also one in the living room. Kitchen was fully equipped with everything you would need. Great heated pool which made it enjoyable since the weather was cool. Took less than 5 minutes to walk to the beach. All kids of beach chairs, umbrella, coolers and toys to enjoy. Lovely island. Rented a golf cart which made it fun for our grandchild. The only problem we had were we needed a few more blankets and we were given them promptly . I would certainly stay here again. - As reviewed on VRBO

My partner and I spent almost 2 weeks at this property and it was awesome. The house was perfect and had everything you could think of. The kitchen was fully stocked with every gadget you could need. The house was spotless. The location to the beach couldn't be beat and it's a few steps from one of the AMI trolley stops. This rental was wonderful! Our family of 4 had such an awesome stay! The pictures don’t do it justice, the living room and kitchen/sunroom are more spacious than it seems. The pool was great and the backyard was beautifully landscaped and private. The beach was a very short and easy walk. The house had all the beach and pool supplies that we needed for our stay. Everything was very clean and perfect and we will stay here again!!

Who needs the beach? The backyard and pool are truly a haven. But the proximity to the beach is also a plus. The kitchen was extremely well-supplied compared to other rentals. The garage was filled with anything you need for the beach. We like this end of the island after staying at the other end last time. The house was clean and had all the necessities for the week. The beach was a short walk from the house. The pool and outdoor patio area was everybody’s favorite part about the house. If we had any issues with things breaking or not working properly, the office sent out Wes to fix it. He went above and beyond to fixing things or answering any questions we had.
