There is a $150 taxable pet fee per dog.
All pets require approval after booking.

Pets are not allowed on the furniture.

The yard must be kept clean of waste.

Excessive hair must be cleaned up prior to departure.

No credit, discount and/or rate adjustment can be granted for items mentioned above or circumstances beyond our control. There will be days when the weather conditions will not allow pool heaters to accommodate swimming and temperature recovery times will vary.

"10/10 property . House is perfect for family . Location perfect . Two minute walk to the 70th street beach which is less crowded than some near public parking . 20 minute walk ( or 8 minute bike ride ) in either direction to stores , restaurants , bars etc . House is super clean . Beach chairs / umbrellas in the garage . Kitchen has everything you need . Bedrooms are very nice . Three TVs with all the apps and live tv . Backyard is awesome . Great pool with lots of sunlight all day. Grill is great . You can’t go wrong with this house

"Hal's Haven was perfect for us! It is ground floor, near the beach, and has a private pool. It also has a fenced back yard for our 2 smaller dogs. It was very clean, newly redone, with everything you could need including towels, kitchen utensils, and appliances. We loved it so much we already made a reservation for a week in 2026. What better compliment could we give!

Perfect Vacation Home

"This was our first trip to Anna Maria Island from Virginia. We were looking for something pet friendly, close to the ocean and with a private pool. We found this and so much more at Hal's Haven. The home was immaculate. It had everything you needed for a home away from home stay. The only thing we really needed was our clothes and what few groceries we bought for the house. Literally everything else was there including linens, kitchen appliances, beach towels, beach wagon, EVERYTHING! The only thing I would have liked would have been lounge chairs by the pool; however, this did not stop us from spending many hours in and around the pool each day. We rented a golf cart and only used the vehicle twice - once to take the dog over to the mainland to walk at a preserve and once to visit family in North Port, FL. Otherwise, we were able to ride the golf cart to every part of the island! It was the most amazing trip ever and next year we plan to come back only this time we know one week won't be enough, so we will be staying for two weeks!! And if Hal's Haven is available we will 100% stay here again. Thank you for the perfect vacation home and we hope to be there again in 2026!!

"Perfect location with easy walk to the beach. The tropical backyard with pool was amazing and our dogs loved it as much as us. Fully stocked kitchen. There were plenty of beach chairs, floats, umbrellas. We loved our stay and plan on coming back next year. Anna Maria is now our favorite over Marco Island. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

"My partner and I spent almost 2 weeks at this property and it was awesome. The house was perfect and had everything you could think of. The kitchen was fully stocked with every gadget you could need. The house was spotless. The location to the beach couldn't be beat and it's a few steps from one of the AMI trolley stops. "The house was larger than it looked in the pictures. Lots of room to spread out. The sunroom had a sofa bed which we utilized. There was also one in the living room. Kitchen was fully equipped with everything you would need. Great heated pool which made it enjoyable since the weather was cool. Took less than 5 minutes to walk to the beach. All kids of beach chairs, umbrella, coolers and toys to enjoy. Lovely island. Rented a golf cart which made it fun for our grandchild. "Who needs the beach? The backyard and pool are truly a haven. But the proximity to the beach is also a plus. The kitchen was extremely well-supplied compared to other rentals. The garage was filled with anything you need for the beach. We like this end of the island after staying at the other end last time. "This rental was wonderful! Our family of 4 had such an awesome stay! The pictures don’t do it justice, the living room and kitchen/sunroom are more spacious than it seems. The pool was great and the backyard was beautifully landscaped and private. The beach was a very short and easy walk. The house had all the beach and pool supplies that we needed for our stay. Everything was very clean and perfect and we will stay here again!!

"The house was clean and had all the necessities for the week. The beach was a short walk from the house. The pool and outdoor patio area was everybody’s favorite part about the house. If we had any issues with things breaking or not working properly, the office sent out Wes to fix it. He went above and beyond to fixing things or answering any questions we had.
