The master bedroom has a King Bed and en-suite bathroom. The guest bedroom has twin beds. Flat Screen TV's in every room. Enjoy the Gulf Breezes from your 2 private balconies with peeks of the Gulf. "Beautiful condo! Very spacious for our family of four. Updated and nicely decorated. Had everything we needed. Showers very nice. Short walk to the beach. You can stand or sit in the condo and watch dolphins from inside. Walking distance to Bridge Street. Trolley stop right outside. Beach chairs, umbrella, coolers provided in condo. Would definitely stay again!

"Fantastic condo, with an amazing view of the beach across the street. Check-in was smooth and pre-arrival communication was excellent. Condo was clean, quiet, well-appointed, very comfortable and extras (beach chairs etc) were super appreciated. This was our first visit to AMI and we are looking forward to returning. "The location was great. We really liked staying across the street from Bradenton Beach. Very well-maintained beach and not as busy as some of the other beaches. The interior of our home was very lovely. Very nicely decorated with comfortable mattresses and a well appointed kitchen. "A good location on Bradenton Beach, just across the street from the beach. The traffic was noisy but the heavy patio door facing the street really did a great job sealing out the noise. This property had an open kitchen/living/dining area that was roomy and comfortable. The kitchen was large and well equipped. The bed was comfortable and the laundry room had a nice washer and dryer. "The property is super clean, new, and well laid out. It is directly across the street from Bradenton Beach, but from the private access side, which was really nice. There were not many people on the beach which was great. The trolly, which is free stops right in front of the property as well. Most places are within walking distance or a few stops away on the trolley. Every place we went to eat was 10/10 recommended. On the first night, we ate at the Wicked Cantina (TexMex), Bridge Street Bistro (great view of the sunset and delicious food, fresh grouper), Daquiri Deck (great view of the sunset, delicious tacos), Beach House Waterfront delicious food, great portions and beautiful view of the ocean and sunset. For breakfast highly recommend Ginny & Janes, It was a few stops on the trolley but very nice, gluten-free options, and fresh farm-to-table ingredients. Recommend ice cream from Island Scoops and frozen popsicles from this store on Bridge Street. 10/10 Recommend this stay. Would totally go back. We’re from NYC and know good food. "Key West Condo was a nice, clean rental walking distance to everything! Looks as though it has been remodeled throughout with ample room. We enjoyed sitting on the front deck looking at the water. Parking was convenient for 2 cars and elevator made getting into the unit a breeze. Pool was clean. Other renters mentioned the traffic noise, it didn't bother us at all. Limited space in unit to store pool/beach supplies so take that into consideration (a couple beach chairs were provided). Rental agency was easy to work with and responded to any questions we had. Would rent here again!

"This condo is really nice, clean, and the beds sleep great. Everything looks and feels brand new.
We were 3 guys celebrating 50th birthdays for a weekend, and this place was perfect for us. Easy access to the beach, and easy walking to Bridge Street (and the trolley stop is out front too).

"We loved how clean and comfortable the place was. So clean. Other reviewers were right about traffic noise, but it didn’t bother us to much. The water pressure was great, though the water for showers was not very hot, and there was no plug for the tub. The bed was comfortable and the layout was great. Everything was easy to find and use. Overall we thought it was excellent for the price!! Would recommend!

"Other than the construction traffic and the brief loss of water due to the broken water line, our stay was perfect. The apartment’s beachy decor was so relaxing and everything you could possibly need was provided. The beach view and the walk ability was spectacular. We enjoyed the pool and had it to ourselves for our entire stay. The property manager checked in with us even though we didn’t need anything.

"This property was very clean with a beautiful beach view and lovely furnishings. The only issue I would note is regarding the trash and recycling. It is left up to the guests to make sure the cans are taken to the curb, and it didn’t seem like everyone had done their part to get them to the curb for pick up. Also, we were given conflicting information about when they were to be picked up (one form said different days than another form). They really should have a groundskeeper making sure the cans are taken to the curb in time since there are four different units in the building. They also need an additional recycling can-we recycle a lot and those cans became full very quickly (also, already full from previous guests not taking the recycling to the curb for pick up).
