With direct beach access, spectacular 180-degree Gulf views, five private bedroom/bathroom suites, and living spaces on two levels, Three Gulls is designed for families and friends to relax, reconnect, and enjoy the very best of old Florida beach living.

Whether you’re sipping coffee while watching the Gulf come alive, preparing a family meal in the newly renovated kitchen, spending the afternoon going back and forth to the beach, or ending the day with a sunset walk along the shore, Three Gulls provides the perfect setting for making lasting beach memories.

The Home

Three Gulls was thoughtfully designed to take full advantage of its Gulf-front location. The main living area, dining room, and fully equipped kitchen are located on the second level, where expansive windows and an open-concept layout showcase beautiful Gulf views.

An elevator provides easy access between levels, making the home convenient for guests of all ages.

A Note from the Owner
Because Three Gulls sits on a Gulf-front corner lot, with open-concept living spaces and a beachfront deck, staying here means having a front-row seat to the ever-changing beauty of the Gulf. Watch the sun, tides, breezes, clouds and colors of the water change hour by hour.

Step outside and you become part of the natural surroundings, with seagulls, pelicans, egrets, shells and, if you’re lucky, dolphins as your companions.

There’s no need to pack a bag for a day at the beach when the beach is right outside your door. You can easily dash back and forth throughout the day for an extra sand bucket, a sweatshirt, a snack—or simply a break from the sun.

My parents built this wonderful home in 1975 with family, and especially children, in mind. They watched my sisters and me, and later their grandchildren, explore this beach. I watched my own children grow up here. Now, I’m happy to share Three Gulls with guests who, like me, enjoy the old Florida tradition of casual beach vacations surrounded by the beauty of coastal living.

The house lives well. There is plenty of room to gather around a meal, watch television, play games or enjoy time together. And there are also quiet corners where you can read a book, relax or get a little work done.

Three Gulls is full of charm and history, space and comfort. And after more than 70 years of coming to this beach, the views still take my breath away.

Discover Anna Maria Island

Three Gulls is located in the City of Anna Maria, at the northernmost point of Anna Maria Island. Holmes Beach and Bradenton Beach are just south, and all three communities are connected by the island’s free trolley system, making it easy to explore the full seven-mile island without having to drive.

The City of Anna Maria is a walkable, bike-friendly throwback to old Florida, with a relaxed atmosphere and plenty to discover. You’ll find local restaurants, shops, bait shops, bike and beach-rental shops, and other conveniences nearby.

For additional grocery stores, pharmacies, hardware stores, restaurants and shopping, Holmes Beach is approximately three miles away.

The island’s beautiful seven-mile Gulf beach provides endless opportunities for morning walks, jogging, yoga, swimming, shelling and simply enjoying the water and sunshine.

For those looking to stay active, the nearby Anna Maria Community Center offers day, week and month passes for its fitness facilities and activities, including fitness classes, basketball, tennis, horseshoes and pickleball.

When you’re ready to explore beyond the island, Bradenton, Sarasota, Tampa and St. Petersburg are all accessible by car via the mainland causeways. But once you arrive at Three Gulls, you may find that everything you need for the perfect beach vacation is right here on Anna Maria Island.

Max Occupancy 10. Non-Smoking Home.

Minimum Age to rent 25. All guests occupying a property who are under the age of 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Per the City Noise Ordinance: Quiet hours are to be observed between the hours of 10 pm to 8 am daily. This includes noise on all outside areas. Please be especially mindful of loud music and loud voices when in outdoor areas. Please refer to the rental agreement for further details and possible citations.
