Stephanie has lived in Florida since 1980. She received a Bachelors Degree in Finance from University of South Florida in 1992, licensed in Real Estate in 1993 and began working with Fran Maxon Real Estate in 1995.

Prior to joining Fran Maxon Real Estate, Stephanie was in marketing and management in the Banking industry. Her career in Real Estate began in Property Management and became the Office Manager in 1998 and Broker in 2000. Stephanie specializes in Residential Sales and Property Management.

Stephanie’s professional memberships include the National Association of Realtors, the Manatee County Board of Realtors, the Multiple Listing Service and the Anna Maria Island Chamber of Commerce. She has been involved in the March of Dimes Walk America, the Alzheimers Association Memory Walk and was a Loaned Executive with United Way.

DAPHNE PEARSON, REALTOR
Daphne has lived in Florida since 1973 and has been a permanent resident of Anna Maria since 1983. She obtained her real estate license in 1980 and leased commercial office space in Tampa before moving to Anna Maria. Daphne joined Fran Maxon Real Estate in 2001 and assists with all aspects of our office.

Daphne enjoys travel and owned a home in Spain for 22 years. She loves animals and also offers her services locally for pet sitting.

Daphne is a Member of the Manatee County Board of Realtors, the Multiple Listing Services, National Association of Realtors and the Anna Maria Island Chamber of Commerce.

ROBERT HINDS, REALTOR
Bob has been a Florida resident since 1981. He has a BA in Accounting from Miami University of Ohio. He served in the United States Marine Corp during Vietnam.

Bob worked as a Loan Officer and General Contractor. He became licensed in Real Estate in 2002.

Bob is a member of the Manatee Association of Realtors, MLS and Anna Maria Island Chamber of Commerce, which he has served on the Board of Directors and as President.
